HID lamps are not like conventional halogen lighting; there are no filaments to break or degrade. Yet HID lamps
illuminate with three times the intensity of most halogen lamps currently available, while burning far longer and
consuming less power. HID bulbs last ten to fifteen times longer than halogen bulbs – up to 3,000 hours
while consuming only 65% of the power used by halogen bulbs. HID scene lighting – a great compliment to LED stop, turn and tail, backup and clearance
marker lighting.
