The Flex Series range of pumps brings years of design and manufacturing experience together with true customer benefiting innovation to create a heavy duty pump and gearbox combination that simplifies pump installation and flexibility to the fire apparatus OEM's, while enhancing performance, overall durability, and ease of service for end users.
Features
- Hard, fine grain bronze, mixed flow impeller design is hand ground and balanced for maximum performance and corrosion resistance
- For minimal maintenance, the spring-loaded mechanical seal is self-adjusting and self-lubricating
- Heavy duty precision ground, deep groove bearings used for long-life
- Heat treated, one piece stainless steel pump shaft has been designed for strength and to minimize pump deflection
- Bronze clearance rings are easily replaceable for simple service

- Standard offering of pumps with a wide range of performances from 250 gpm (946 lpm) up to 1500 gpm (5678 lpm)
- Engine Rotation and Opposite Engine Rotation (Excludes MBP)
- More Gear Ratios Available: (All gears are helical for smooth, quiet operation)

- Wrap around clearance ring enhances suction performance while extending the service life
- Secondary seal provides redundancy adding another level of serviceability to the design of the pump
