Our new CR 522 e³ CROSSRAM telescopic cylinder offers a wide range of applications thanks to its immense reach. Whether for working inside the vehicle when pressing the B-pillar (cross ramming), creating a rescue opening on the truck cab or tearing away the vehicle pillars, the CR 522 CROSSRAM impresses with its large stroke and exceptional power. With the optional mechanical extension by the LX Extension Set from LUKAS, the telescopic cylinder can be extended to a maximum of 27cm and thus reaches an extended length of 180cm. Additional highlight: The CR 522 CROSSRAM is the only cylinder of this category on the market that retains its original pressing force even with the extension attached. The various performance indicators on the display give you more control during use. This makes rescuing smarter, safer and more efficient. POWER UNDER e³ CONTROL. FEATURES DASHBOARD SALT WATER With the blue LUKAS e3 battery, nothing stands in the way of rescuing in salt water at a depth of 3m and 60 minutes. Insertion of the saltwater-compatible battery is confirmed by the saltwater symbol lighting up on the dashboard. PERFORMANCE The power indicator scale shows the pressure range the tool is in during operation and provides information on the remaining power resources. TEMPERATURE The temperature display warns of overheating of the device in the event of an extreme load. This is one of our safety features, because intelligent rescue equipment makes work easier in the field thanks to better control and a good overview of the performance diagnostics displays on our dashboard. TURBO For even faster work, the e3 series has a turbo function that can be easily activated via the star grip. The turbo is activated by "over-turning" the star grip. The corresponding symbol on the dashboard remains illuminated as long as the device is being used in the turbo function. CAPACITY The rescue device communicates with the LUKAS rescue battery via integrated software and provides the user with feedback on the current remaining capacity of the battery. The charge level indicator makes it easier to monitor the remaining capacity of the battery and provides an indication for timely replacement. STAR GRIP When turning the star knob, the respective direction indicator lights up as long as the knob is turned in this direction. It shows the user at the moment of the work step whether the appliance is opening or closing.
